Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Crimson Agility is looking for an Sales Development Representative. The SDR position is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of consultative e-commerce agency sales and is the ideal gateway to a longstanding career opportunity in the fast growing e-commerce industry and with Crimson Agility. This person will help us to sell industry leading e-commerce development experiences, working within a high growth industry and company.

The SDR will go through a training program, including both formal and ‘on the job’ sales training, to set them up for success and build their sales skills. They will receive support and guidance from their manager, as well as various other team members.

The SDR’s role is focused on dedicated selling activities; calling and following up on sales leads that come through from marketing & sales team(s) and speaking to potential customers to qualify and develop interest in our services to set qualified appointments for sales team. Their work will contribute to better qualified leads, new sales pipeline, increased conversions and revenue.

We’re ideally looking to offer the role on a full-time basis.

WE’LL NEED YOU TO

  • Conducting outbound research to find sales opportunities and develop targeted prospect lists
  • Receive and qualify inbound inquiries
  • Follow up on ‘warm’ leads/inquiries – including follow ups from marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Omni-channel selling, including via phone (60%), emails (30%) and social media (10%)
  • Setting up appointments with prospective customers
  • Updating the CRM system

APPLY IF YOU HAVE

  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales or in an outbound lead generation role
  • Awareness of Magento eCommerce Platform is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with others
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, organized and driven
  • An interest in technology and e-commerce
  • Curious about developing a career within sales
